3 – Triple rooms are given according to the availability of the hotels. There is an extra bed in rooms for 3 people, and the 3rd bed can be a folding bed that is smaller than the standard bed. Guests who want to stay in a room for 3 people are deemed to have accepted this in advance.

4 – Child discounts are only valid for children staying with 2 adults.

5 – We recommend our guests who will participate in the tour with a visa to read our cancellation and refund conditions and register for the tour in which their visas will expire. For European Tours, we recommend that you register for the tour 2 months in advance and complete your visa procedures 1 month before the tour. In case of a possible disruption due to visa, our company's cancellation and refund conditions apply.

6 – Our company has no responsibility for visas obtained through our company. We only provide you with consultancy services regarding the supply, order and delivery of documents. If your visa is not granted, the fee paid for the visa is non-refundable. Cancellation and refund conditions apply for the refund of the fee paid for the tour.

The connecting domestic flight operated by our company also includes the next international flight. In case of domestic delay etc., a free ticket is issued to the next international flight.
