1 – The hotels in the tour program are an estimated hotel list. Depending on the availability of the area, you can stay in other hotels of the same standards. You can find out the exact hotel information from our agency 48 hours before the tour.

2 – Hotels or restaurants used on tours may also serve alcohol. Depending on the suitability of the regional conditions, our company is careful to use alcohol-free venues as much as possible. But especially in European conditions, hotels and restaurants serve alcohol.

3 – Triple rooms are given according to the availability of the hotels. There is an extra bed in rooms for 3 people, and the 3rd bed can be a folding bed that is smaller than the standard bed. Guests who want to stay in a room for 3 people are deemed to have accepted this in advance.

4 – Child discounts are only valid for children staying with 2 adults.

5 – We recommend our guests who will participate in the tour with a visa to read our cancellation and refund conditions and register for the tour in which their visas will expire. For European Tours, we recommend that you register for the tour 2 months in advance and complete your visa procedures 1 month before the tour. In case of a possible disruption due to visa, our company's cancellation and refund conditions apply.

6 – Our company has no responsibility for visas obtained through our company. We only provide you with consultancy services regarding the supply, order and delivery of documents. If your visa is not granted, the fee paid for the visa is non-refundable. Cancellation and refund conditions apply for the refund of the fee paid for the tour.

7 – Do not forget to take slippers and prayer mat with you on each tour. Depending on the conditions of the region you travel to, we do not always have the opportunity to visit a mosque or masjid. Our guide will guide you to where you can pray.

8 – Our guide has the right to make changes in the program with the approval of our agency and to cancel some of the places at the tour points depending on the weather and/or force majeure. All our guests participating in our tour are deemed to have accepted this.

9 – Consumer or Agency canceling the tour, etc. In such cases; The refund will be refunded in the currency and in the form paid by the guest. (If payment is made in TL by credit card, TL will be refunded to the card. If payment in foreign currency will be refunded in foreign currency.)

10 – Airline companies have a sequential flight rule in accordance with the protocol agreement. If the consumer misses any flight leg, all remaining flight legs will be cancelled. No cancellation/refund or change can be made.

11 – We kindly request our guests not to take individual domestic flights due to flight time changes that may occur in our tours or delays in connection flights. The connecting domestic flight operated by our company also includes the next international flight. In case of domestic delay etc., a free ticket is issued to the next international flight.
