Hajj Pre-registration and registration renewal procedures

A. ISSUES RELATED TO Hajj PRE-REGISTRATION AND RE-REGISTRATION PROCEDURES

1. Pre-registration and registration renewal procedures will be carried out between 11 August - 05 September 2025.
2. Pre-registration opportunity is provided to our citizens who want to apply to go to Hajj for the first time in 2026. and they will be charged a Hajj pre-registration fee of 950.00 TL (Nine Hundred and Fifty Turkish Lira) per person.
3. Those who participated in the 2026 Hajj pre-registration process and the draw for the 2025 Hajj pilgrimage, but did not have the exact registration turn, or gave up, postponed, etc. even though the exact registration time came. Registration renewal processes of pilgrims who cannot go to Hajj for any reason will be done by themselves through the e-Government portal, and no fee will be charged from those who update their registration.
4. In 2024, the practice of "our citizens to carry out the registration renewal process themselves through the e-Government portal" has been implemented. In this context, those who do not update their registration, thinking that the 2025 Hajj registration updates are made by the Presidency (only for this year), will be able to update their registration free of charge between 11 August and 05 September 2025, and they will be given the current lottery coefficients, including the year 2025.
5. Citizens who will register for the first time will be able to pre-register. The fee will be deposited into the Hajj corporate collection account at contracted banks (Albaraka Türk Katilim, Emlak Katilim, Kuveyt Türk Katilim, Türkiye Finans Katilim, Türkiye Halk Bankası, Türkiye Vakıflar Bankası, T.R. Ziraat Bankası, Vakif Katilim and Ziraat Katilim). Pre-registration fees will not be refunded to those who cannot attend.
6. Hajj passengers will choose one of the types of "Normal Accommodation" and "Close Distance Accommodation".
7. Accommodation preferences will be binding and subsequent changes in accommodation type will not be allowed.
8. Hajj passengers can inquire about their registration status on the e-Government portal or www.hac.gov.tr, within the time limit (11 p.m.). August - 05 September 2025) will be able to correct the information.
9. Records T.R. It will be done with the ID number, foreign nationals and T.R. citizens who have the right to register definitely. Those who are unable to present their passport will not be registered.
